Mr. Strock has achieved sustained success in court in a wide range of real estate lawsuits,
particularly in cases involving landlord-tenant law, breach of real estate purchase agreements,
partition, actions for tax deed and foreclosure surplus funds, evictions, unlawful detainer actions,
and quiet title lawsuits. As a lawyer who is knowledgeable and experienced in all matters
involving real estate, Mr. Strock’s unique and extraordinary abilities in court combined with his
empathy and ability to relate to his client’s issues have set him apart in his practice. Before
starting SCZ Real Estate Law, Mr. Strock was the President of one of the largest private title
companies in the State of Florida.
Mr. Strock has extensive experience in all matters affecting real estate. His goal is to identify his
clients’ objectives and to then establish a strategy that will provide the swiftest and most
desirable results for his clients including a cost-benefit analysis. Mr. Strock knows that each
case is unique and therefore utilizes an individual approach in handling each of his client’s
matters. His mission is to handle each client’s case with the utmost preparedness, efficiency, and
timeliness. Mr. Strock will work closely with you, on your side, to achieve success – be it
litigation or real estate transactions.
Mr. Strock completed his Bachelor of Arts at Brooklyn College (when it was the highest rated
college in the City University of New York) and obtained his Juris Doctor at Brooklyn Law
School. He passed the New York and Florida Bar examinations on his first attempts.

Mr. Strock has served on the Boards of Directors of the South Broward Board of Realtors
(Education Chair), NAHREP Fort Lauderdale Chapter, Weston Bar Association (including
serving one term as President), Temple Dor Dorim in Weston, Archways Behavioral Health, and
his residential condominium. He is a frequent lecturer (webinar and in-person) on real estate
contracts and issues, and how to be a better real estate agent. He is available to present a wide
variety of classes to real estate brokerages and other groups. He especially enjoys assisting real
estate agents in growing their business by being more knowledgeable and professional.
Mr. Strock and has lived and practiced law in Florida since 1979. He lives in Fort Lauderdale
and has been married to his wife Sarah for 40 years. They have two children and two
grandchildren.
