Adam Zipper received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 1982.
He later received his Juris Doctor from Mercer University in 1985 and a Masters in the Letters of Law specializing in Real Estate, Land Development and Finance from the University of Miami in 1986. Adam has spent his entire legal career in South Florida where his practice has specialized in real property matters. Adam began his career with the law firm of Carlos, Abbott, Ferro & Gonzalez specializing in zoning and land use issues. From there, Adam was an associate at Greenberg Traurig in their Environmental/Land Use department. Adam then struck out on his own where he specialized in real estate matters. With his law partners, Adam formed Greenwich Title Services, Inc. which he owned and operated for 13 years before selling the company to his partner. Adam is currently Of Counsel to Strock & Cohen, P.A.
Adam is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator as well as a Florida Supreme Court Approved Arbitrator.
